fatal error LNK1104: ファイル ‘kernel32.lib’ を開くことができません。
という表示がコマンドプロンプト（コンソール）で表示したとき、一番カンタンな解決方法をお伝えします。
シナリオ： cuda コンパイラ nvcc を使用してコンパイルに失敗したなど。
解決方法：VisualStudio_x64_Win64コマンドプロンプトを管理者として実行するだけです。
前提条件：パスは通っていること。（ライブラリ参照も含めて）
※一通りの開発経験をお持ちの方でもウッカリすることありますよね。
