GPUが貧弱な非力ビジネスマシンへ TensowFlow 2 を導入しました。

■導入マシン：
Lenovo ThinkPad E535 / Windows 10 Home x64
・CPU AMD Ryzen 6 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
・RAM 16.0 GB (13.9 GB 使用可能)
・システム C ドライブ 237 GB, 追加 D ドライブ 931 GB
・Python 3.8 格納は D:\python38 （Cドライブ負荷軽減のため）
管理者権限コマンドプロンプトから必要なものを導入します。
投入コマンドは次の通り。
①D:>d:\python38\python.exe -m pip install –upgrade pip
②D:>d:\python38\python.exe -m pip install tensorflow
導入されたパッケージセットは次の通り。
