I think that The Social welfare thinking in any industry is needed for people. There’s in the field of hobby, business, sports and others. System engineers is not strange even if the social worker. For Social welfare, can become a social worker in any profession. Also me too.
Without forcing the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) as the use of tools to welfare objective, considered as a tools. If there is a strong belief in the social welfare in me, going to grow that the good thinking and activities. #socialwork
俺は社会福祉の考え方は全産業の人々に必要だと考える。そこには趣味、仕事、スポーツなどもある。システムエンジニアがソーシャルワーカーになるのはオカシイことはない。社会福祉は特別な人だけが成るのではない。俺もまた。ICT （情報通信技術）を使うことを目的とする社会福祉ではなく、道具として使うこと。自分の中で社会福祉に強い信念があれば、善き考えや活動を成長するだろう。

俺が変わらず ICT 分野の自習（自主練習含め）するのは、社会福祉の手段としてそれら道具が活用できる可能性を信じている。ただ信じるのではなく、どうすれば実践へ向くのか。特別な訓練を不要とし、誰もが道具によって「便益」を享受できる、これも福祉の在り方だと思うね。 #福祉
23日間の実習で、ラポール形成は相談援助職だけが獲得する能力ではない。だからこそ、今の俺は学際的研究の一環として「社会福祉士 実習」を終えた、おっさん。これが【ただのおっさん】で終わるのか、【産業・就労支援に強いおっさん】になるかは、これからの自分次第。過去を棄てた人生ではなく、過去・現在・未来へ歩んでいく。
